Alicja Siejka is a student at Wellesley College double majoring in Economics and Art History with a minor in Mathematics. Passionate about education, equity, and interdisciplinary ways to create an impact, she brings years of leadership experience to her work—ranging from coordinating large-scale international events to conducting research at MIT.
She currently serves as Youth Advisory Board Program Manager at the Girls Future Ready Foundation, where she has led youth-driven initiatives in collaboration with global partners such as BCG, Roche, and the U.S. Embassy. Alicja is also a Clinton Fellow and a Public Speaking Tutor at Wellesley’s PLTC.
In addition to her roles in education and leadership, she has experience in philanthropy, having raised over $80,000 for The Wellesley Fund while building lasting connections between students and alumnae. She also manages business development for The Wellesley News and conducts independent research in both psycholinguistics and modern art history.
Fluent in Polish and English, with working knowledge of German, Alicja thrives in international, high-impact environments. She is committed to empowering young women and bridging disciplines to create meaningful change across different sectors.
