Anna Meduna has built GBS operation for Miele from scratch and continues its growth and further development. She manages the shared services teams in the central hub in Poznań in accordance with the strategic Miele objectives. As a driving force for change and continuous improvement, she’s aiming to establish MGS as a trendsetter within the Miele group, introducing automation and standardization of processes and best practices across Miele units.

Since 2019 the scope of services provided by MGS has grown significantly and now Anna Meduna is responsible not only for finance and accounting services, but also sales support, purchasing processes, reporting factory and a unique and unprecedented process in this sector – the direct sale of products to Miele customers in a ‘Virtual Experience Center’.
