Marcin leads PPG Global Business Services in Poland, supporting PPG across EMEA and US & Canada regions in fields of: Customer Service, Logistics, IT, Data Management, Marketing, Procurement and more. Marcin has a good track record in Shared Service environments where he was building and transforming global expertise teams, with a laser focus on front line customer support and service management. He is a creator of an innovative, next generation customer support solutions under Customer Experience Centre umbrella, focusing on highest quality of service delivered by talented people mixed with digital technologies.

Additionally, Marcin has vast experiences in communication and public speaking. He runs presentation & public speaking workshops, attending various industry conferences in a role of a speaker / panelist and support PPG employees in preparing for such events.

He hosts business events for 300+ audiences (both face to face and virtual) and performs in front of large audiences (with 6,000 people as the biggest one).
