Mariusz Mulas, Global Head of Software Engineering at Roche and a member of the Roche
Informatics Poland Management Team, co-creates the development strategy for global IT hubs.
He is responsible for developing expert competencies, mentoring leaders, and building strategic
partnerships with business, public, and academic organizations.
He manages international teams whose innovative IT solutions support scientists in their search
for breakthrough therapies, as well as patients and doctors in diagnosing and treating serious
diseases. As a Leader of the strategic AI Upskilling initiative at Roche Informatics, he plays a key
role in leveraging the potential of artificial intelligence in the daily work of IT teams.
Mariusz is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the Association of
Business Service Leaders (ABSL). He is actively involved in promoting gender fairness and
supporting the development of young talent, engaging in initiatives such as Women in Tech, 30%
Club, ABSL Reverse Mentoring, Roche Youth Advisory Board and HerStory Girls Future Ready.
He holds a degree in software engineering and computer science and has over 25 years of
experience in the IT , medical and financial industries.
