Her work focuses on creating tools for empowering neurodivergent individuals, building educational programs that strengthen cognitive functions (concentration, productivity, creativity) for corporate use, and consulting on processes friendly to neurodivergent individuals (recruitment, talent and team management). She is passionate about helping her clients create brain-friendly workplaces, where every brain can flourish, innovate, and perform at its best.
Dominika has over 10 years of experience in collaborating with international companies across various industries to drive positive change.Her clients include business leaders, entrepreneurs, management teams, L&D leaders, and HR Business Partners. She holds a MSc degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from prestigious King’s College London and she is currently a PhD candidate researching the neurobiology of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She is committed to science-based solutions and ensuring that all recommendations and strategies are grounded in scientific evidence.
