For over 11 years, I have been working with Motorola Solutions, where I currently serve as the Global Voice of the Employee Project Manager within the Customer Experience organization.
Additionally, I have the pleasure of leading the Neurodiversity Hub, and I am a member of the Wellbeing Team, promoting employee wellbeing and raising awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace.
I am a certified Coach and Crisis Intervention Professional, as well as a Project Manager and Change Management Practitioner. I support individuals and organizations through transformation processes — both in the area of personal development and in building inclusive work environments.
