As the Regional Sales Director D2D at Orange Polska, she is responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of the door-to-door sales channel across the Northern Region. She combines strong business acumen with empathy, mindfulness, and a deep belief in human potential. Her leadership style is built on trust, authenticity, and courage – the core values that guide her work with teams and partners.

Joanna is a Polish National Sales Awards winner in the Sales Manager category, a mentor in the Expert Sales Mentoring Program, and a participant of the LeadersIN Talent Chase intercorporate development initiative. For years, she has been actively involved in promoting diversity, inclusion, and personal growth within the organization.

As a co-founder and ambassador of the “Towards Neurodiversity” initiative, she advocates for awareness, empathy, and acceptance of cognitive differences, showing that diverse teams are a source of innovation, creativity, and strength. Joanna believes that true leadership means creating an environment where everyone can be themselves, feel valued, and contribute their unique perspective.

Privately, she is passionate about psychology, communication, and personal development. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences in Wrocław. Her personal credo reflects her leadership philosophy: “Leadership begins with trust.”
