Diversity, Equity & Inclusion expert, engaged in DEI initiatives since 2018. Michał began his journey in a multinational corporation as part of an employee resource group. As a team leader at an international branding agency, he collaborated with global brands and led a diverse creative team, supporting diversity management during the B-Corp certification process.
For two years, he was responsible for implementing DEI policies at mBank Group, focusing on inclusive processes, employee wellbeing, and the development of employee networks. Currently, he serves as Group Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at the headquarters of KRUK Group, where he supports the DEI strategy and social responsibility efforts across several European countries.
On a daily basis, he works closely with HR teams, managers, and senior leadership, delivering training on inclusive behaviors, inclusive communication, and unconscious bias. He holds certifications in HRCI D&I in HR Management, Agile PM, and is a certified Plain Language Ambassador by the Polish Language Foundation. Michałis a graduate of Jagiellonian University and completed HR Manager studies at Kozminski University.
