PhD in Production Engineering and Senior Project Manager with 18+ years of experience in various project types: IT, Airlines, Banking, Insurance, R&D, commercial and public funded (EU funds), local and international (global) projects.
Starting as a Service advisor, through Project coordinator, PMO, Solution Manager (Bid Manager), Engagement Manager, currently acting as a Senior Project Manager with strong interest in agile methodologies. By implementing projects, she creates a friendly, agile and innovative work environment, which ensures the achievement of Capgemini’s clients’ goals.
Involved in CSR projects and others Employee Resource Groups activities. Founder of NeuroAbility Community at Capgemini Poland, advocate of diversity and inclusive culture.
What makes me stands out? I am a person who has a high level of motivation. I have no problem working with stakeholders at different levels. Focusing and motivationg team to cooperate and get things done in a friendly environment is something I proudly show off.
I like to get involved in charity actions; I was one of the Women@Capgemmini Poland leader in Katowice, currently leading the NeuroAbility Community. Privately I am interested in self-regulation methods and using the power of the mindfulness.
