Amelia Krysiak is a medical-dental student at the Medical University of Warsaw and the founder and CEO of the SML Foundation, which supports the development of young women in Poland.
Amelia is also a UX/UI designer who has contributed to projects like AI Ready and Startup Winterfest organized by Google for Startups, as well as websites and applications. She is involved in research groups and has a keen interest in integrating artificial intelligence into medical diagnostics. An active participant in mentoring programs such as Vital Voices’ ”I am a leader”, Amelia is also a speaker at various conferences and an ambassador for Coffideas. She promotes reverse mentoring and intergenerational dialogue through diverse initiatives.
As a Project Leader at the Econverse Foundation, she organized startup simulation events. Amelia thrives in the startup ecosystem, having won the nationwide ”Bit N’ Build” hackathon organized by Google Developer Student Club and achieving 3rd place at the international level. She is engaged in social initiatives within the EU, writes Erasmus+ grants, and participates in programs and volunteer activities.
In her personal life, Amelia is a pianist, chess player, and passionate traveler.
