Kalina Kalwasińska is an accomplished Management student at the University of Toronto and a recipient of the prestigious Lester B. As the Head of External Relations at Girls Future Ready, Kalina manages partnerships with global brands like Marriott, Roche, and Forbes, impacting 82,000 women across Central and Eastern Europe and generating over $25 million in social value.
Her public speaking credentials include TEDx talks, panel at the Polish Parliament, and TV and radio appearances to champion women’s leadership. As a #HerStory laureate, she published articles in Gazeta Wyborcza, and as a finalist in the national ZZT Olympiad, she led impactful workshops for hundreds of students. She also served on the selection committee for the Roche Youth Advisory Board, influencing key decisions at the executive level.
As Co-Vice Lead of Partnerships for the Google Developer Student Clubs at her university, she co-organizes Canada’s largest AI hackathon, GenAI Genesis, drawing over 1,200 applicants from 10+ countries and successfully securing partnerships and funding. She also led an award-winning social campaign promoting the benefits of the social economy, reaching 100,000 people.
