Karolina Whilde is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Country Manager at ISS Facility Services, Poland and the Baltics. With a strong background in commercial real estate spanning over 20 years, Karolina has primarily focused on facilities services and real estate strategy and planning. In 2020, she joined ISS as a Global Account Director, to transform the company’s relationship with a prominent banking and financial services client.

In her role, Karolina led a large team of Placemakers in delivering a comprehensive range of integrated facility services across multiple locations in several countries. Drawing from her commercial real estate experience in client and supplier settings, along with her cultural diversity and financial acumen, Karolina possesses the expertise to guide clients through strategic changes and continuous improvement programs, particularly for large diverse portfolios.

Prior to joining ISS, Karolina spent several years in various roles in Telereal Trillium, Aramark, and Rolls-Royce. For the last 20 years Karolina was based in the UK and Denmark looking after global portfolios. She has recently relocated to Poland with her husband and son to lead ISS Poland and Baltics. Outside of work Karolina loves spending time with her family, particularly doing various sports activities.
