She has led operational and cultural change initiatives, scaled teams, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders to shape long-term strategic direction.
A key focus of her work has been strengthening Global Capability Centers (GCCs) as strategic partners, defining hiring and leadership models, enhancing cross-location collaboration, and building alignment across regions.
Ania is also actively involved in advancing female talent in technology. Through her work with Women of StoneX and the Raising Stars initiative, she supports the growth and visibility of early-career women, helping build stronger leadership pipelines within the organization.
