Piotr Kuberka, President of the Management Board of Shell Polska

Piotr Kuberka has been with Shell Polska for 24 years. Since 2022, he has served as President of the Management Board of Shell Polska. He has also led the Financial Operations Centre at Shell Business Operations (SBO) Kraków, one of Shell’s global operations centres.

In 2019, Piotr was appointed Vice President of Tax, responsible for Shell’s global tax Filing & Reporting activities, leading a team of over 600 professionals across four centres in Europe and Asia. Earlier, in 2014, he assumed the role of Tax Process Owner at SBO Kraków, driving tax process standardisation and operational excellence.

Prior to this, Piotr spent five years on secondment at Shell’s headquarters in The Hague, where he managed global reporting and tax settlement standardisation projects. He began his career at Shell as a Tax Manager, supporting business developments in Poland and subsequently across the Central and Eastern European market.
