She has over 15 years of experience in introducing innovative HR strategies and leadership development initiatives and programs for building organizational culture in global organizations. She is a certified DEI consultant – Cambridge Judge Business School, and ICF ACC Coaching. She is the president of NGO Fundacja Ponad Schematami, which focuses on systemic solutions supporting neurodiversity.
