Magdalena Gutowska is an experienced senior manager, who has been active on the Polish and international Real Estate market for thirty years. She holds a master’s degree in architecture, has completed a postgraduate course in business and management and has worked as a designer, project manager, and team and country manager for several real estate companies. For the last three years, working for ISS firstly as Head of Capital Projects and an active Council Member of Global Gender Balance Employee Resource Group, acting for diversity, inclusion and belonging in the organization and now for the last year, as Project Manager in the Global Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Social Sustainability Team.

Founding member of WIREP Association of Women in Real Estate in Poland, former Member of the Revision Committee, currently acting as the President pf the Association.
