Responsible for creating and implementing municipal equal treatment policy, particularly taking action to promote diversity, social justice, equal opportunities, and social inclusion in areas such as gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic and national origin, religion, and socio-economic status.
As a member of the Equality and Diversity Policy Team, she is involved in creating the City of Poznan’s Policy for Social Equality and Diversity. She actively collaborates with social organizations working in the field of equal opportunities, social inclusion, and combating discrimination. Her current tasks also include coordinating the work of the Civic Dialogue Commission (Komisja Dialogu Obywatelskiego), an advisory body that brings together social organizations operating in the aforementioned areas. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating the Poznan Days of Tolerance (Poznańskie Dni Tolerancji) by entrusting non-governmental organizations with implementing this event in the city space.
She is a member of the Program Council for the development, implementation, and updating of the “Social Problem-Solving Strategy for the City of Poznan”. She actively collaborates with plenipotentiaries for equal treatment in other cities in Poland.
She is a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics, as well as the Master of Business Administration program at the Warsaw School of Economics.
She is an entrepreneur, manager, and social activist, particularly interested in the social inclusion of minorities, social diversity, combating discrimination, as well as equalizing opportunities and positions for women in social and professional life. In recent years, she has been involved in local government administration, where she was responsible for implementing senior and family policies for the City of Poznan. She was also involved in the operation of the City Point of Assistance for refugees from Ukraine.
