Iwona Dudzińska
lwona has been with Citi since 1991, first joining the Citibank Representative Office in Poland and later working for Citibank Poland SA, managing various Operations and Technology functions, including Market Operations, Cash and Trade, Customer Service, Technology and Citi Support Services.
During and post-acquisition of Bank Handlowy, she was leading the effort to integrate operations and IT systems, building Processing Center in Olsztyn as well as centralizing/reengineering processes for Citi Handlowy.
In her role of Poland Cluster Operations and Technology Head, lwona was instrumental in setting up Citi Solutions Center in Polandand providing support to the Clients through Citi Branches in EMEA.
Between 2009 and 2015 lwona was also serving as Bank Handlowy Management Board Member in charge of Operations andTechnology.
Since 2015 lwona has been a part of Financial Crimes organization, acting as Head of Anti Money Laundering Financial Intelligence Unit in EMEA monitoring transactions for EMEA countries and North America. EMEA Hub has developed and matured under lwona’s leadership, ensuring the site is a go-to destination for financial crimes detection processes.
Last year, in 2022 lwona has assumed the role of Poland Branch Head of Citibank Europe pie and Head of Poland Citi Solutions Center, which employs close to 7,000 people from 85 countries.
Moreover, lwona has been supporting the international investors through cooperation with the City of Warsaw as well as the Association of Business Service Leaders where she acted as Strategic Board Member and VP Warsaw Chapter Leader (2016-2021).
Since 2016 lwona has also been a Program Board Member of Leadersln – cross-business initiative supporting senior women development in cooperation with Deloitte, BPH Bank and Vital Voices Poland.
