Founder and board member of the Polish Society of Antidiscrimination Law (www.ptpa.org.pl). Certified Trainer of Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) In 2009.  An author of many publications on various aspects of discrimination, including “Discrimination and Mobbing in Employment” (2nd Edition) C.H. Beck, 2010 and co-author of Commentary on the Law on the Implementation of Some EU Equal Treatment Laws, Wolters Kluwer, 2016. A nominee for The Forbes Professional 2013, in the category of legal counsel. In 2018, the laureate of prizes – the first distinction in the “Pro Bono Lawyer 2017” competition organized by the Pro bono Center and Tygodnik Rzeczpospolita, and the “Golden Parable for the Best Legal Advisor 2017” of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The title of Equality Leader of the Mazovian Voivodeship awarded in 2022 as part of the “16 Equality Leaders 2021” plebiscite organized by the British Embassy Warsaw, the Women’s Congress Association and Forbes Women Poland.
