Andrzej is a computer scientist by education, cyber security and digital transformation consultant by trade, currently helps internal stakeholders grow their potential and leverage capabilities sourced in Poland and bring diversified groups together to solve challenges collaboratively and work together with growth mindset.
Focused on leveraging capabilities of employees and talent pool in Poland to create safe bank for our customers, providing data analysis to support decision making.
