The percentage of women in first-line management and senior management roles in the business services sector is significantly higher than in other areas of the Polish economy, making the industry a genuine leader in diversity policy implementation. However, it is not a time to sit on our laurels as there are numerous challenges to address. Only by closely cooperating with female representatives from the industry can the equality postulates be put into action. This is why female leaders’ roundtable discussion and networking lunch aims to create a strong female professional community which is able to exchange experiences, knowledge, and support career development.
