The business services sector presents a significantly higher level of share of women (51%) in overall employment than in other areas of the Polish economy. That is why it is so crucial to foster the discussion on gender equality as well as equal working conditions and career development. The first meeting of the unique #WomenTogether community, which saw an inspirational speech by Dorota Warakomska, was based on support, knowledge-sharing, and career coaching to advance the professional development of women representing business services and to inspire other women from our environment: mothers, sisters, daughters and friends to find strength and be vocal about equal treatment – in all fields of life.
