Graduate of two faculties at the University of Gdańsk: Law and Management. She holds a certificate as a business trainer and coach, and for the past two years, she has been working as a court mediator.
Throughout her 22-year professional career, Karolina has gained extensive experience working in international organizations with main offices in locations such as Shanghai, France, the United Kingdom, and currently, Canada.
For almost three years now, she has been serving as an HR Business Partner at Livingston Poland, where she actively manages HR projects and operates on two continents, in Europe and Asia.
Privately, she is a proud mother of a teenage daughter, which is a significant aspect of her personal life.
