University professor, habilitated doctor of political sciences, specializing in political theory and philosophy. Researcher of leadership processes, as well as innovation and development of modern cities.

Author of four books, several collective works and dozens of scientific articles. Member of the Political Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as Head of the Department of Innovation Policy and Sustainable Development at the Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz.
