An HR professional at heart, Bartlomiej has over 15 years experience in HR domain, ranging from learning & development, HR consulting, total rewards to in-house HR delivery.

Last 7 years he spent with Schneider Electric leading HR teams in Poland, HR SSC centre in Warsaw, as well as a Rewards Business Partner for Central Europe region. Currently living in Berlin, leading the HR delivery team in DACH.

Bartlomiej holds several degrees in linguistics, HR and management from Warsaw University, Collegium Civitas, Warsaw School of Economic and INSEAD School of Business. Privately he is passionate about travelling and new technologies.
