Owner and CEO of Concordia Design – Poland’s first private center for creativity and business. It operates in Poznań (since 2011) and Wrocław (since July 2020) – in its own historic buildings. Concordia Design combines business and educational activities. It creates extraordinary spaces for companies to grow – serviced offices and coworking spaces – builds a “community” of entrepreneurs, organizes events and offers consulting services, including own acceleration programs. Through open events, it inspires, educates and energizes the local community.

Ewa Voelkel-Krokowicz also runs the Concordia Taste restaurant in Poznań and Wrocław, and implements art and culture projects in cooperation with her family’s Vox-Artis Foundation. In 2020, she opened Lab150, a center for designing, prototyping and researching products and services, and in 2022, eN Studios- studio for the production of games, films, sound, created for the creative industry.

She is active in several associations and organizations including:  Program Council of the Polish Theater and Animation Theater in Poznan, FBN Poland, Enterpreneurs Organization, Ashoka Poland.
