HR Director and Board Member at Franklin Templeton Investments Poland, graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduates’ studies in labor law and human resources management at Friedrich Schiller University Jena in Germany, joined Franklin Templeton Investments Poland in Poznan  in 2007.
As the HR Director in Consulting Team, I am responsible for developing the HR strategy, implementing global policies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Considering that employees are the greatest asset of the organization, HR team provides support to employees and leaders throughout the employee life-cycle, from the hiring process to leaving the organization. Outside of Poland I am also responsible for offices located in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia.
