Paula is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in HR, Consulting, and Sales. As the Country People Lead at SoftServe Poland, Paula collaborates with Country Leaders, Business Leaders, and the Global People functions, helping to develop integrated solutions that ensure an excellent people and leadership experience while achieving our business growth objectives. Before joining SoftServe, Paula worked with The Adecco Group Poland, supporting recruitment offerings from junior to executive levels and providing complete recruitment process outsourcing for clients. Paula also served as the Managing Director for HAYS Expert Perm Division, where she managed a team of over 100 consultants across Poland. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Warsaw University and an MBA degree.
