My name is Sebastian Drzewiecki and professionally I define myself as a management strategist. I have been leading teams and developing large organizations in the area of new technologies for 20 years. I have developed companies from 240 to 700 employees, and I am currently a managing director at Softserve, where I lead a 1,000-person organization.
I am eager to get involved in non-profit projects related to building social capital. I am active in organizations supporting young people’s development and future leaders, such as Technology in a Skirt, Mentoring Walk, LeadersIN and ABSL.
After hours, I produce my own project “Modern Leader” – a podcast aimed at managers who want to be effective and inspiring leaders. Together with my guests, I discuss proven, concrete solutions and methods used by management practitioners. And when I finally find a free moment, I enjoy spending it playing golf.
I’m also the author of the “A Good Enough Leader” book which topped EMPIK’s Popularity in Business category.
